IT’S A HIGH-INTENSITY SESSION OF DRILLS AND GAMES USING RACQUET, BALLS and BODY

 

All levels of fitness welcome, all levels of ability catered for.

It is Aerobic and Anaerobic training for fitness, strength & conditioning.

Mondays 6-7pm

Tuesdays 6-7pm

WHAT YOU NEED:  Your Racquet or ours, Gym/Tennis gear, Water Bottle, Energy!
